At Eclipse, we specialize in high-performance night vision binoculars and related optical equipment. Due to the nature of these products and the logistics involved in fulfillment, please review this policy carefully before placing an order.
All Sales Final
All sales are considered final once an order is placed. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, accidental orders, or items that meet personal expectations differently than anticipated.
Eligible Issues (Resolution Available)
We will review and resolve issues only in the following situations:
• The item arrives damaged during shipping
• You receive the incorrect item or variant compared to your order
To be eligible, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photo and/or video evidence of the issue, including the product and original packaging.
If an issue is verified, we will offer one of the following at our discretion:
• Replacement
• Store credit
• Refund
The resolution method will be determined based on the situation and verification provided.
Non-Refundable / Non-Returnable Situations
We do not accept returns, refunds, or cancellations for:
• Change of mind after purchase
• Incorrect address provided by the customer
• Orders already in transit or delivered
• Shipping delays caused by carriers
• Failure to arrive by a specific date
• Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear
• Products that differ slightly in appearance due to lighting, screen resolution, or manufacturing variations
Return Conditions (If Applicable)
If a return is approved:
• The item must be unused and in original packaging
• Return instructions will be provided by our support team
• Unauthorized returns will not be accepted
Damaged items typically do not need to be returned once sufficient proof is provided.
Shipping & Carrier Responsibility
Once an order has been shipped, responsibility for transit times and delivery rests with the carrier. While we work closely with our fulfillment partners, shipping delays may occur due to carrier volume, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
